Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Elizabethtown, KY is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our fast-paced service team. You will learn and perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance tasks under the guidance of seasoned technicians, with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair services.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.
• Must obtain ASE certification within two years.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles and document results.
• Pursue ASE certifications; company pays test fees.
