Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles within our service team. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you will learn hands-on skills, perform inspections, and assist in repair procedures, delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

Pay ranges from $15.75 to $23.67 per hour with a flat-rate pay model. The role includes ASE certification support and company‑provided training, with

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver’s license at all times.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair services.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications in at least one of A1 – A8 within first two years of employment (Tests and registrations fees are paid for by company; pass bonus).
