Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced environment. You will learn under experienced technicians, perform routine inspections, and assist with repairs while delivering high-quality workmanship.

The role offers a flat-rate pay model with a range of $18.38–$27.62 per hour, and benefits including medical, dental and vision, paid vacation, holidays, 401(k), and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications within the first two years of employment; tests and registration fees paid by the company.
