Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group in Alpharetta, GA seeks an Automotive Technician to perform routine repairs and diagnosis with some guidance. You will work on light engine work, transmissions, electrical systems and HVAC, following manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.

You are expected to document work, communicate with the service team, and participate in ongoing training. Ideal candidates have prior automotive technician experience, valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Must pass pre-employment screening (background & drug)test).
• Follows safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret repair procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and diagnosis with some guidance.
• Work on light engine, transmissions, electrical, HVAC, steering & suspension systems.
• Document work performed and communicate with service advisor for additional needed repairs.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and ensure quality.
• Maintain repair orders and warranty documentation.
• Utilize manufacturer training and participate in ongoing education.
• Keep customer vehicles clean and protect customer property.
