Bridgestone Americas is seeking an Automotive Technician within Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO). The role involves learning to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles under experienced technicians, including customer interaction to explain procedures and ensure quality workmanship.

Pay is $16.63–$24.99 per hour with a flat-rate structure, and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, paid vacation, and on‑the‑job training including ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.
• Willing to obtain ASE certification within 2 years of employment (tests paid by company).

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
