Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles within our service team. You will learn under experienced technicians, handle routine inspections, and assist in repair procedures while delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include oil changes, tire maintenance, and customer communication. Must have a valid driver's license; pay reflects flat-rate incentives and regional productivity norms.

Qualifications

Must learn basic mechanical tasks and procedures.
Driver's license required at all times.
Basic automotive maintenance and tire repair understanding.
Reading, writing, and math skills for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Change oil and scheduled maintenance.
Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
Install batteries and check electrical systems.
Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
Road test vehicles and verify repairs.
Aim for ASE certifications within first two years (paid if failed).
