MFA Petroleum Company, a Big O Tires store in Fayetteville, Arkansas, is seeking an automotive technician with ASE credentials to diagnose and repair vehicles and support service operations. You will maintain brake/front-end work, ensure accurate invoicing, and assist in training others in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Current Motor Vehicle Inspection License (Missouri-based stores).
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States of America.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end and alignment maintenance and other mechanical work.
• Diagnose and repair customers’ vehicles and ensure quality control.
• Coach and train other employees as directed.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service assignments to ensure productivity.
• Attend weekly store meetings to review safety and policies.
