Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Burnsville, MN is seeking Automotive Technicians to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles with hands-on learning under experienced technicians. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and customer service as part of a fast-paced team.

We provide on-the-job training, a $1,500 sign-on bonus for first-time hires, and a pay model based on flat-rate productivity. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks and tire repair knowledge expected.
• Valid driver's license required at all times.
• Completion of relevant vocational training preferred.
• ASE or equivalent certifications encouraged within two years.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and repair tasks.
• Install parts and road-test vehicles.
• Work toward ASE certifications within two years.
