Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring Automotive Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a fast-paced service environment. You will learn under experienced techs, perform routine inspections, and help customers understand repair steps while delivering high-quality workmanship.

The position offers flat-rate pay and opportunities to earn based on tasks completed, with a clear path to ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn automotive tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license required.
• Understanding of general automotive maintenance and tire repair basics (oil changes, inspections, tire work).
• Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and related repairs.
• Install parts and components as directed.
• Road test vehicles to verify repairs.
• Aim to obtain ASE certifications in at least one area (A1–A8) within two years; company covers testing fees.
