Job summary

Bridgestone America, Inc. is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in our Bridgestone Retail Operations team. You will learn and perform routine inspections, assist in repair procedures, and communicate with customers about repairs and services.

The role offers hands-on training, a fast-paced environment, and a path toward ASE certifications while contributing to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of automotive repair experience or completion of a Vocational-Technical program.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance and tire repair services.
• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks and work with ASE certifications within two years.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles and ensure quality workmanship.
• Interact with customers to explain repairs and provide service details.
