Bridgestone Americas is seeking an Automotive Technician for our Bridgestone Retail Operations team. You will learn diagnostic and repair skills, perform routine maintenance, inspections and road tests, and explain repair procedures to customers.

The role offers flat-rate pay with a range of $15.75–$23.67 per hour, tied to productivity and region. Includes training opportunities and potential ASE certifications, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical tasks knowledge required.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license.
• Reading, writing and math skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and rotate tires.
• Install parts and road-test vehicles.
• Pursue ASE certifications within 2 years (company pays).
