Job summary

MotorWorld Mercedes-Benz in Wilkes-Barre is seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our premium dealership team as an apprentice. Learn hands-on skills from experienced technicians while performing repairs on a variety of vehicles.

We offer great hours, a strong team, and excellent benefits. We also provide continued training and will pay for ASE certifications and state inspections, supporting your growth in the automotive field.

Qualifications

• ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (limited violations in 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and in line with dealership and factory standards.
• Maintain records of all work performed on repair orders.
• Safely operate all tools and equipment.
• Road test vehicles as needed to verify quality of repairs.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform appropriate repairs.
• Document work performed on repair orders.

• Operating all tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Road testing vehicles as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned
