Job summary

MotorWorld Mercedes-Benz is seeking an Entry-Level Automotive Technician to begin a hands-on journey in a premium service environment. You will work alongside seasoned professionals, learning repair processes and safety standards while building valuable hands-on experience.

Great hours, supportive team, and benefits are highlighted as part of the technician development program, with paid ASE training opportunities pursued by the shop.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with clean record (no more than two moving violations in 3 years).
• ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications preferred (not mandatory).
• Entry-level technician/apprentice role focused on learning and growth.
• Ability to learn shop processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair orders with accuracy and dealership standards.
• Maintain documentation of all performed and recommended work.
• Safely operate all tools and equipment.
• Road-test vehicles as needed and document results.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Performing work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency, accuracy, and in accordance with dealership and factory standards
• Maintaining related records and documentation, including all performed and recommended work on the repair order
• Operating all tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Road testing vehicles as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned

Technician Responsibilities :

• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform appropriate repairs
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair
• Document work performed on repair order

Technician Qualifications:

• ASE or automotive manufacturer certifications, preferred
• Valid Driver's License, with no more than two moving violations in the last 3 years
