Job summary

Connot Auto Care in Hastings, NE is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our weekday-only shop. You’ll earn $50,000–$75,000+ annually through a guaranteed hourly rate plus productivity bonus, with no weekend work.

Work with ASE Master Technicians in a clean shop, performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on domestic, Asian, and select European vehicles, using Autel, Snap-on, and AutoVitals tools.

Qualifications

• Professional automotive repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair multiple vehicle systems.
• Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment.
• Own professional automotive tools.
• AutoVitals and Digital Vehicle Inspection experience preferred.
• ASE Certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and select European vehicles.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and general mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose electrical, A/C, drivability, and mechanical concerns.
• Complete engine, transmission, suspension, and steering repairs.
• Perform light-duty diesel repairs as needed.
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using AutoVitals.
• Use Autel and Snap-on diagnostic equipment.

About Connot Auto Care

Connot Auto Care is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician in Hastings, NE, with $50,000–$75,000+ annual earning potential through a guaranteed hourly rate plus productivity bonus. This Monday–Friday position has no weekends and includes health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days. Technicians work alongside experienced ASE Master Technicians in a clean, organized shop with opportunities for continued technical training.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Domestic, Asian, and select European vehicles
