Job summary

Tire Discounters in the United States is seeking a Service Technician to perform automotive services including tire installation and maintenance, alignments, brakes, engine diagnostics, drivability, and routine maintenance. You will be key to daily operations at your location and ensuring quality vehicle service.

This role requires 2+ years of repair experience, your own tools, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, with a valid driver's license and Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience.
• ASE certifications preferred but not required.
• Must have own tools.
• Ability to operate lifts and shop equipment; diagnostic scanner experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills.
• Stand for long periods; lift up to 75 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and Saturday availability.
• Authorized to work in the USA (18+).

Responsibilities

• Provides accurate and timely quality vehicle inspection, maintenance and repairs, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
• Test drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure functionality and overall safety.
• Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and assist as needed.
