Job summary

DARCARS Toyota of Baltimore is seeking an Automotive Technician / Mechanic to perform routine repairs and diagnostics on customer vehicles. You will work with some assistance on light engine work, transmissions, electrical systems, HVAC, steering, and suspension.

Potential earnings range $30-$50 per hour plus a seniority bonus; 4-day work week options and a comprehensive benefits plan accompany this role for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience required.
• ASE and A/C certifications are a plus.
• Must have basic tools and valid driver's license.
• Able to work in a team on complex tasks.
• Must pass pre-employment background screening.

Responsibilities

• Document all work performed and recommended on repair orders.
• Perform routine repairs including engine, electrical, and HVAC work.
• Communicate with service advisor about additional work and timing.
• Maintain technician proficiency as per dealership standards.
• Conduct road tests to verify repairs and functionality.
