Grease Monkey in Pocatello, ID is hiring entry-level team members for full-time positions. No mechanic experience required; we will teach you the technical skills while you grow with the shop.

You will learn automotive maintenance basics and work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment. Paid on-the-job training, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Salary Range: $13.00 To $16.00 Hourly

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Warmly greet every customer who arrives, answer basic questions, and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
• Master the Process: Work side-by-side with our experienced team to learn step-by-step automotive maintenance processes, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and safety inspections.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Proactively maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment and pit area.
• Work as a Team: Communicate effectively with teammates to perform fast, accurate, and high-quality preventative maintenance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong Communication: Ability to speak comfortably and courteously with customers and team members.
• Dependability: Punctual, reliable, and ready to work with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced shop environment, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License (preferred/required depending on shop needs).
