Grease Monkey in Pocatello, ID is hiring for a full-time team member. No mechanic experience required; on-the-job training starts immediately. The pay starts around $13 per hour and can rise to $16 with performance and tenure.

This role focuses on customer service, shop cleanliness, and learning basic automotive maintenance. You will greet customers, answer questions, and work with a skilled team to perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and inspections.

Salary Range: $13.00 To $16.00 Hourly

What You’ll Do

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Warmly greet every customer who arrives, answer basic questions, and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
• Master the Process: Work side-by-side with our experienced team to learn step-by-step automotive maintenance processes, including oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and safety inspections.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Proactively maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment and pit area.
• Work as a Team: Communicate effectively with teammates to perform fast, accurate, and high-quality preventative maintenance.

• Valid Driver’s License (preferred/required depending on shop needs).
