Grote Automotive Service in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to diagnose, service, and repair vehicles across a wide range of systems. This flat-rate role pays $25–$45 per flagged hour, with top performers earning $100,000–$115,000+ annually based on production.

Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and benefits are provided. You will work on all makes and models, perform DVIs, and collaborate with the service team to keep vehicles moving through the shop.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of automotive repair experience.
• Experience servicing and repairing multiple makes and models.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Diagnostic ability appropriate to your experience level.
• Advanced diagnostic skills for technicians performing A-Level work.
• Experience completing Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).
• Ability to work independently and efficiently while contributing to a team.
• ASE certifications are a plus.

Flat-rate pay: $25–$45 per flagged hour, based on skills and experience.

Top-performing technicians can earn $100,000–$115,000+ annually. Actual earnings are based on individual production and are not guaranteed.
