Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles under guidance from senior technicians. You will learn hands-on in a fast-paced environment, handling routine inspections, repairs, and customer explanations of services.

The role offers a flat-rate compensation model, a $1,500 sign-on bonus for first-time hires, and a pay range of $20.00–$31.25 per hour. Your performance-based earnings reflect regional work and individual productivity.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Basic understanding of general automotive maintenance & tire repair services including: Oil changes, Basic inspections, Repairing tires.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment (fees paid by company).
