Job summary

You will learn hands-on under experienced technicians, interact with customers to explain repairs, and contribute to high-quality workmanship while advancing your ASE certifications. The role includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus for first-time hires and a pay range of $20.00–$31.25 per hour, with a performance-based flat-rate pay model.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Valid automobile driver's license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Understanding of automotive maintenance and tire repair including oil changes.

Responsibilities

• Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services.
• Inspect steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance and install parts.
• Road test vehicles and verify repairs.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years.
