Bridgestone Retail Operations seeks an Automotive Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles within our service team. You will learn hands-on under experienced technicians, contribute to vehicle assessments, and explain repair steps to customers while delivering quality workmanship in a fast-paced setting.

Sign-on bonuses available; pay is $22.00–$34.38 per hour with a flat-rate system that rewards efficiency and quality. We support ASE testing and ongoing certifications.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Reading, writing, and math skills.

Responsabilités

• Change oil and perform other scheduled maintenance services.
• Perform inspections of steering, suspension, and brake systems.
• Install batteries and check electrical systems.
• Perform tire maintenance.
• Install parts.
• Road test vehicles.
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications within first two years of employment; tests/fees paid by company; bonus for each test passed.
