Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is hiring an Automotive Technician to service a range of mechanical tasks, with emphasis on brakes, lubrication, and tire work. You will be trained to perform duties with a focus on guest satisfaction and quality workmanship in a full-time environment.

You will work with ASE-certified technicians and use industry tools to diagnose and repair vehicles, while maintaining a clean work area and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years automotive experience required.
• ASE certification in brakes preferred; additional ASE certifications a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote teamwork to deliver on-time, accurate guest care.
• Provide clear communication about guest vehicles and repair work.
• Keep the service center workstation clean and presentable.
• Perform complete disc or drum brake service and related repairs.
• Diagnose braking system issues and other vehicle systems.
• Use computer systems to estimate parts and labor.
• Road-test vehicles before and after service to verify quality.

Join us and become an essential part of delivering exceptional service to our guests.HOW YOU WILL DRIVE SUCCESS:Promote teamwork to deliver on time and accurate guest care during all operating hoursDemonstrate excellent guest service, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about guest vehiclesEnsure that the service center, specifically their workstation, is clean and presentableMust be able to perform complete disc or drum brake service including, but not limited to replacing all braking components as well as performing full brake flushesMust be knowledgeable and understand the whole mechanics of the braking system, including the servicing process and must be able to answer questions from the customerMust be able to diagnose and pinpoint issues in the braking systemMust be able to diagnose the following vital components and potentially make all necessary repairs such as Engine Performance, Suspension/Steering, Electrical, Heating AC, etc.Ability to use our current computer system to provide estimates for parts and labor.
