Job Description

As a BMW Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance work for customer and dealership vehicles. You'll work with innovative automotive diagnostic technologies.

• Receive and execute Repair Orders as dispatched.
• Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
• Provide labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services.
• Perform high-quality repairs on various automotive systems, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning, following standards.
• Conduct Quality Control checks to ensure repairs are complete.
• Complete all paperwork and documentation related to repair services.
• Maintain an organized, clean workspace and manage tools.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department staff.
• Participate in BMW proprietary training programs to develop expertise in BMW technologies.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with employer values, showing passion, skill, and dedication. Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and enthusiastic about innovative technologies. Prior European brand experience and a commitment to 'Fix it Right the First Time' are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
• At least 2+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional setting or equivalent.
• European automotive technician experience and ASE certifications are a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA and possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, background checks, and MVR checks.
• Must perform duties safely and responsibly.
