To excel, you will need customer service skills, effective communication, and attention to detail. The role involves performing vehicle repair and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards, inspecting a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old, and

Qualifications

• Must be state-certified where applicable.
• At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification.
• Own a set of tools.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn.
• Respect for teammates and a positive outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards.
• Inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old.
• 190 Point Vehicle Inspection.
• Lubricate, filter, and flushes.
• Brake system and tire repair.
• Suspension and alignments.
• Vehicle drivability diagnostics.
• Air conditioning diagnosis and repair.
• Light line work including gasket/seal repairs and component replacement.
• Occasional heavy line work including engine/transmission removal and installation.

What You’ll Do:

The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old.

• 190 Point Vehicle Inspection
• Lube, filter, flushes
• Brake system and tire repair
• Suspension and alignments
• Vehicle Drivability
• Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair
• Light Line work to include – Gasket and seal repairs, component replacement, water pumps, and alternators
• Occasional heavy line, engine, and transmission removal and installation, no rebuilds or overhauls

What We’re Looking For:
