Dahl Honda Stevens Point is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our busy service department on a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles using Honda equipment and factory procedures.

Qualified technicians who meet our standards can earn $100,000+ annually through base pay, warranty incentives, and paid Honda training. We support career growth with a clear path and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive maintenance and repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication and willingness to continue learning.
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform repairs involving engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, heating, and air conditioning.
• Use Honda diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources to identify concerns.
• Complete multipoint inspections and document findings clearly.
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations with the service advisor team.
• Test-drive vehicles when necessary to verify repairs and concerns.

Dahl Honda Stevens Point is looking for an Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality work and wants to build a long-term career with a dealership that supports its technicians.

Qualified flat-rate technicians can earn more than $100,000 annually. We also provide a 64-hour-per-pay-period guarantee and pay 30% more on manufacturer warranty flat-rate hours produced. We care about your success and will work with you to achieve your goals!

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently
• Perform repairs involving engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, heating, and air conditioning
• Use Honda diagnostic equipment, manufacturer resources, and specialty tools to identify vehicle concerns
• Complete thorough multipoint inspections and clearly document your findings
• Communicate repair needs and recommendations effectively with the service advisor team
• Test-drive vehicles when necessary to verify customer concerns and completed repairs
• Follow manufacturer procedures, dealership standards, and safety requirements
• Maintain an organized, professional, and safe work area
• Participate in paid Honda training and continued technical development

Qualifications

• Previous automotive maintenance and repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• A commitment to accurate, high-quality workmanship
• Dependability and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Clear communication and a willingness to continue learning
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• ASE or manufacturer certifications are preferred but not required for every experience level
