Job summary

Sullivan’s Auto Service is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join a consistently busy shop. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and a flat-rate pay model of $35–$55/hr, offering $100K+ earning potential as you gain seniority.

Qualifications

• An experienced automotive technician who is dependable, productive, coachable, and committed to quality work.
• Comfortable performing repairs and maintenance, completing inspections, documenting findings, and working efficiently with a team.
• Strong diagnostic skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles with accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough inspections and document findings clearly.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and teammates to keep workflow organized and productive.
