Responsibilities

• Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles.
• Perform wheel alignments, tire services, brake repairs, vehicle inspections, steering and suspension work, oil changes, tune-ups, and general maintenance.
• Use diagnostic tools and shop equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine issues.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate repair recommendations to customers.

What Our Technicians Do

Technicians diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation. They perform wheel alignments, tire services, brake repairs, vehicle inspections, steering and suspension work, oil changes, tune-ups, and general automotive maintenance. Technicians perform Missouri state inspections or obtain certification to do so. They use diagnostic tools and shop equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine repair issues. Team members maintain accurate service documentation for completed work. Technicians work collaboratively with the team to keep the shop operating efficiently and safely. They provide professional customer service when explaining repair recommendations to customers.

What We Need

• ASE certifications OR 5+ years of automotive technician experience in a professional shop
• .Missouri State Inspector License OR ability to obtain one
• .Valid driver's license.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills.
• Experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, steering, suspension, and automotive maintenance.

Work Environment

We operate in an automotive service environment where technicians are regularly standing, bending, lifting tires/equipment, working with automotive chemicals, and adapting to varying shop temperatures.
