Job summary

DOBBS TIRE & AUTO CENTERS is hiring an ASE Certified Automotive Technician in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $45.00 and guaranteed weekly hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a professional automotive shop or ASE certified.

What Our Technicians Do

• Diagnose, inspect, repair, and maintain vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Perform wheel alignments, tire services, brake repairs, vehicle inspections, steering and suspension work, oil changes, tune‑ups, and general automotive maintenance.
• Perform Missouri state inspections or obtain certification to do so.
• Use diagnostic tools and shop equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine repair issues.
• Maintain accurate service documentation for completed work.
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep the shop operating efficiently and safely.
• Provide professional customer service when explaining repair recommendations to customers.

What We Need

• ASE certifications OR 5+ years of automotive technician experience in a professional shop
• Missouri State Inspector License OR ability to obtain one
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills
• Experience with tire installation, wheel balancing, steering, suspension, and automotive maintenance

Work Environment: We operate in an automotive service environment where technicians are regularly standing, bending, lifting tires/equipment, working with automotive chemicals, and adapting to varying shop temperatures.
