Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards for an excellent customer experience.
• Clearly and effectively communicate technical information to Service Advisors.
• Ensure estimates and work orders are accurate and aligned with manufacturer standards.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations for shop operations, including safety equipment and hazardous waste handling.
