Job summary

Sullivan Tire And Auto Service in Raynham, Massachusetts, is seeking an Automotive Technician to independently perform repairs and services on customer vehicles. The ideal candidate will focus on delivering the highest quality and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include tire mounting, lube changes, and diagnostics. A high school diploma and at least one year of experience with ASE certifications are required. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with 1-3 ASE certifications.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Correctly mounts, dismounts, balances, and repairs passenger and light truck tires.
• Properly performs lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Properly performs and documents vehicle safety inspections.
• Performs unsupervised diagnosis and repairs of vehicles.
• Produces accurate repair estimates on customer vehicles.
• Work with store management to meet productivity and profitability standards.
• Properly adheres to safety and environmental standards.
• Communicates with customers and sales staff about repairs needed.

Description

Sullivan Tire, an employee‑owned company, currently has an opportunity for an Automotive Technician. The Automotive Technician independently performs vehicle repairs and services on customer’s vehicles while delivering the highest quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Correctly mounts, dismounts, balances, and repairs passenger and light truck tires.
• Properly performs lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Properly performs and documents vehicle safety inspections.
• Performs unsupervised diagnosis and repairs of vehicles, including maintenance, brake, steering, suspension, heating and cooling systems, alignment, and light tune‑ups using automotive tools, equipment, and software (e.g., VAST, automotive PC programs).
• Produces accurate repair estimates on customer vehicles.
• Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
• Properly adheres to safety and environmental standards, including maintaining a neat and clean work area by properly disposing of all waste products.
• Communicates with customers and sales staff in understandable terms about the repairs needed and the value of the repairs.
• Adheres to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Assumes other responsibilities as needed.
