In this role, you will independently perform repairs and services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with 1–3 ASE certifications.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Correctly mounts, dismounts, balances, and repairs passenger and light truck tires.
• Properly perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles, including maintenance and brake systems.
• Produce accurate repair estimates on customer vehicles.
• Work with store management to ensure productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety and environmental standards.

Skills

Description: Sullivan Tire, an employee‑owned company, currently has an opportunity for an Automotive Technician. The Automotive Technician independently performs vehicle repairs and services on customer’s vehicles while delivering the highest quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Correctly mounts, dismounts, balances, and repairs passenger and light truck tires.
• Properly perform lube/oil/filter changes on domestic and foreign cars.
• Perform and document vehicle safety inspections.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles, including maintenance, brake, steering, suspension, heating and cooling systems, alignment, and light tune‑ups using automotive tools, equipment, and software (e.g., VAST, Automotive PC programs).
• Produce accurate repair estimates on customer vehicles.
• Work with store management to ensure productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction standards are met.
• Adhere to safety and environmental standards, maintaining a neat and clean work area and properly disposing of waste.
• Communicate with customers and sales staff about the repairs needed and their value.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Assume other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements
