FirstChoice Hiring is seeking automotive technicians for two New York dealerships. Earn $30-$50+ per hour with year-round guaranteed earnings through the union, plus a year-end holiday bonus and a signing bonus up to $10,000.

We offer a brand-new, climate-controlled facility, paid training, and opportunities to advance within the Mazda brand. Experience with Mazda is a plus but not required; all brands welcome. Apply to join a union shop with strong workload and earning potential.

Formación

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience is required.
• ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
• NYS Inspector's License is required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform maintenance and repairs accurately and efficiently.
• Complete engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brake, electrical and A/C repairs based on experience and skill level.
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other team members.
• Maintain quality workmanship and accurate repair documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of automotive repair experience required
• Experience as an Automotive Technician, Automotive Mechanic, Service Technician, or Line Technician
• Dealership or professional automotive repair shop experience
• All automotive brands are welcome! Mazda experience is a plus, but not required
• ASE certifications preferred, but not required
• NYS Inspector's License required
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with a team
