Job summary

You will join Young Mazda Missoula as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic, offering a path from entry-level to master tech in a fast-paced, well-equipped shop. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, with access to manufacturer training and an internal center of excellence to help you grow.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification preferred, not required.
• Strong understanding of diagnostics and automotive technology.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models using diagnostic tools.
• Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections.
• Work with modern automotive systems, including hybrid/electric tech.
• Ensure repairs meet industry standards and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team for efficient workflow and service quality.

Compensation Negotiable upon Experience - Sign On Bonus available based on certifications. Experienced technicians with multi-brand experience: Mazda, Ford, GM, Toyota, Chrysler, Nissan. $30-$40 DOE.
