Qualifications

Insight Global is seeking experienced Level A and Level B Automotive Technicians for a Land Rover dealership in Littleton, CO. This position is ideal for technicians coming from a dealership environment who are comfortable performing advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting complex vehicle concerns, and repairing modern automotive systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within structured OEM service processes and possess the ability to diagnose the underlying cause of vehicle issues rather than focusing solely on routine maintenance. Technicians with Land Rover experience are highly preferred, though candidates from other luxury and European brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, and Porsche will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns using OEM diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
• Determine root causes of vehicle failures and implement effective repair solutions
• Utilize manufacturer service information, technical bulletins, and digital diagnostic systems
• Conduct road tests and quality inspections to verify repairs and vehicle performance
• Maintain current knowledge of evolving automotive technologies and diagnostic methods
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with dealership safety standards
• Properly maintain and account for dealership tools and equipment
• Work within a structured dealership service process and repair workflow
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate diagnostic findings, repair recommendations, and vehicle status updates
• Support luxury dealership customer service standards through thorough documentation and digital inspection processes
• Participate in manufacturer training and professional development programs to advance technical skills and certifications
