Job summary

Land Rover Palm Beach is seeking experienced Automotive Technicians to join our skilled team in West Palm Beach, FL. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing vehicles to exacting standards for a prestigious brand.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership setting.
• Land Rover experience is a plus
• ASE certification (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary automotive training a plus
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong technical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a professional appearance
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work all scheduled hours, including some Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle systems including engines, electrical, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Access and inspect vehicle systems using both manual and computerized diagnostic tools
• Provide accurate time and labor estimates for additional repairs
• Explain technical diagnoses and repair recommendations clearly to service advisors
• Disassemble and reassemble parts correctly and safely
• Operate power tools and standard automotive shop equipment with confidence
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, shop organization, and adhere to safety standards
• Complete all required documentation and follow dealership and regulatory procedures
• Attend training, meetings, and educational sessions as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
