Position Summary
The Automotive Technician plays a pivotal role within our automotive service team. As a vital member, you learn and develop foundational skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles under the guidance of experienced technicians. This role involves hands‑on learning to address various automotive systems and services, participating in routine inspections, contributing to vehicle assessments, and assisting in repair procedures. You may also interact with customers to explain repair procedures, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service. The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship in a fast‑paced environment.
Pay and Benefits
Sign‑on bonus: $1,500 (first‑time hires)
Pay Range: $19.25 – $28.93 per hour. Technicians earn a flat‑rate compensation model, with predetermined amounts for each eligible task based on regional productivity.
Other benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance starting day 1, paid vacation and holidays, on‑the‑job training and company‑funded ASE certifications, flexible work schedule, 401(k) match, and an on‑demand pay program available.
