Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently, following dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor about additional services needed and provide time estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
