Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently, following dealership standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor about additional services needed and provide time estimates.
- Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
- Openings for all skill levels.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures, and operate diagnostic equipment.
- Preferred certifications include Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Mazda, and KIA.
- Fast track training available for technicians transitioning from other brands.
