Automotive Technician – Full-Time

Madison, WI | Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM | $22–$28/hr + Bonuses

GreatWater 360 Auto Care – Madison (formerly East Side Transmission) is looking for a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our growing team. We’re proud to offer world-class auto care with a hometown touch, backed by a network that values people as much as performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Handle services including brakes, suspension, alignment, cooling systems, and basic electrical
• Conduct digital vehicle inspections and communicate findings clearly
• Stay engaged with a variety of complex jobs that keep your skills sharp

? What You Bring:

• 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience
• Ability to perform basic services: tire mounting, oil changes, inspections
• Experience diagnosing and repairing brakes, exhaust, electrical, suspension, and cooling systems
• Familiarity with digital vehicle inspections
• Valid driver’s license and your own tools
• A strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude

What We Offer:

• $22–$28/hr (Hourly + Bonus or Flat Rate with Accelerators up to $8/hr)
  (Average Annual Income: $56,680–$74,880)
