Responsibilities

• Perform repairs efficiently according to dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools for systems analysis.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems such as engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers of repairs and provide time estimates.
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mentality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and operate diagnostic equipment.
• Preferred certifications: Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Mazda, KIA.
• Fast Trac training available for technicians transitioning from other brands.
