Responsibilities
- Perform repairs efficiently according to dealership standards.
- Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools for systems analysis.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems such as engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
- Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers of repairs and provide time estimates.
- Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
- Open to all skill levels.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and operate diagnostic equipment.
- Preferred certifications: Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Mazda, KIA.
- Fast Trac training available for technicians transitioning from other brands.
