Job summary

GearSteady Garage Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a dependable Automotive Technician for a full-time, weekday role (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). You’ll earn competitive pay up to $35/hr based on experience and an annual salary range of $52,000 to $75,000 per year, with room to grow as you demonstrate expertise.

Responsibilities include oil changes, maintenance, inspections, and completing brakes, suspension, steering, cooling, and drivability repairs.

• Must have automotive technician experience and be able to perform maintenance tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do:

• Previous automotive or lube tech experience


• Strong attention to detail and reliability


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Team player with a positive attitude


• Valid driver’s license required


• Must be able to pass a background check
