Job summary

Barren Troy Holdings is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician for our high-volume, full-service auto repair center in Colorado. You’ll perform routine maintenance, conduct digital inspections, and diagnose mechanical/electrical issues—working with a team of skilled Store Managers in a clean, safe shop.

We offer an uncapped weekly pay and a compensation package including a $1,000–$1,500 weekly guarantee, and $75,000–$110,000 annual commission potential, plus benefits and education support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and methods.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
• Complete digital inspections to provide to the customer.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Familiarity with schematics to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.

Our technicians' weekly pay is uncapped, with top performers earning over $100K annually!

• Commission Potential - $75,000 - $110,000 or more per year
