Job description

Bona Bros. is looking for an Automotive Technician at our light- and medium-duty automotive repair shop in Fridley, MN.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5years experience diagnosing and repairing automotive mechanicalissues.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of OEM diagnostic scan tools to analyze vehicle systems and troubleshoot issues
• Ability to communicate findings in a detailed and concise manner to shop service advisors
• Perform light and major repairs as well as preventive maintenance with efficiency according to manufacturer specifications
• Ensure all repairs are complete and accurate – test drives required
• Continuously learn new technical information and attend formal trainings

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5years experience diagnosing and repairing light- and medium- duty vehicles
• Eagerness to expand your knowledge base – this includes becoming proficient with a wide variety of OEM diagnostic equipment and scan tools
• Possess a team player attitude and a willingness to collaborate with other technicians on complex issues
