Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Eugene is seeking a Service Technician to join our onsite team in Eugene, Oregon. The position supports fixed operations, diagnosing and repairing vehicles to maintain safety and reliability.

We welcome technicians at any level and offer a competitive flat-rate pay of $24–$33 per hour, paid manufacturer training, and a full benefits package. You’ll work in a modern facility with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Technician level welcome (apprentice to master).
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram brands preferred.
• Diagnostic capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure reliability and safety
• Document repair procedures and recommendations
• Collaborate with service advisors, parts department, and management
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership quality standards

This position is onsite in Eugene OR and reports to the Fixed Operations Manager.
