Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Tri-Cities in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, perform inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned vehicles, and document repair procedures.

This onsite role offers a competitive flat-rate pay of $25–$35 with production bonus, opportunities for growth, and a benefits package. ASE certifications are preferred, and a valid driver's license with a clean record is required.

What You’ll Bring

Automotive technician (any level welcome - apprentice, or master. We consider candidates who have professional experience or are trade school trained. We prefer ASE certifications. Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram experience is a big plus Diagnostic skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. The pay range of this role is $25 to $35 flat rate. This is a production-driven position. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
