Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level diagnostics and repairs on complex engine, transmission, electrical, and chassis systems.
• Execute manufacturer recalls and warranty repairs to exact Ford factory standards.
• Maintain a high "Fixed Right First Time" ratio to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Provide clear, professional documentation of all diagnostic findings and repair steps.
• Utilize our up-to-date shop equipment and diagnostic software (IDS/FDRS) to its full potential.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors to provide accurate estimates and repair timelines.

Ennis Ford is seeking a mid-to-high-level Automotive Ford Technician to join our elite service team. Job Type

• Full-time

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

  • Saturdays as needed to get your work done

Pay

• Salary is negotiable based on previous experience and qualifications

Work Requirements

• Certifications: Current Ford ("34" minimum), Master or Senior Master Certification (or equivalent ASE Master status) preferred.

• Ability to commute to Ennis, TX.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Ownership of a professional, comprehensive set of tools.
