Job Responsibilities

1. Perform basic vehicle diagnostics to identify required repairs.
2. Complete Monro’s Courtesy Inspection on every guest vehicle, documenting and communicating additional services needed.
3. Assist in inventory management, including pulling tires and parts, and stocking inventory.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and ensure the store is guest-ready.
5. Perform services following safety standards and procedures.
6. Test drive vehicles in accordance with policy, adhering to traffic and safety laws.
7. Follow company policies, governmental standards, and safety regulations.
8. Maintain technical knowledge through training courses.
9. Operate and maintain equipment safely.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Automotive training or experience.
• ASE certification and State Inspection license preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• Own basic tools or participate in the tool purchase program.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience.
