The Technician role can be full-time or part-time, with hourly pay based on business needs. Responsibilities include conducting basic vehicle diagnostics, performing routine repairs and maintenance according to company standards and manufacturer specifications. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional 5-star service through effective communication and meeting guest expectations for time and quality.
The hourly rate ranges from minimum wage up to $38.50, with potential additional compensation and incentives based on experience.
Work occurs in an automotive shop environment with exposure to noise, weather, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. Must be able to work flexible hours, lift up to 75 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, and bending.
