Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing Lexus vehicles to factory standards.
• Ability to communicate with parts and service teams.
• Capable of road-testing and documenting repairs.

Responsibilities

Real Pay, Real Range: $60,000 – $120,000 Annually Plus a full benefits package.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair Lexus vehicles accurately and efficiently, following dealership and factory standards
• Communicate with the parts department on delivery timing, and notify your team leader of any delays or special orders
• Tag and retain parts on warranty or customer-requested jobs
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly and flag additional safety or service needs
• Alert Service Consultants promptly if work is unnecessary, additional, or can't be completed as promised
• Document all work on repair orders with clear concern, cause, and correction notes
• Road-test vehicles to confirm repair quality
• Return every vehicle clean and ready to drive
• Stay current on factory technical bulletins and attend training as required
• Keep your bay organized and account for all dealership-owned tools
• Follow all federal, state, and local safety and hazardous-waste regulations
• Represent Lexus's vision, mission, and values in every customer and team interaction

Physical Requirements:

• Extended periods of standing, stooping, and bending
• Ability to lift/exert 20–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, 10+ lbs constantly
• Comfortable working at a production pace, including walking, standing, and operating hand/foot controls

Requirements:

Must be 19+, pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening, and hold a valid driver's license for 3+ years.
