Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services in Houston, TX seeks a Lead Technical Training Instructor to deliver instructor-led automotive training across dealership, fleet, and corporate locations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ work experience as a Technician in a dealership and/or experience delivering automotive technical training curriculum.
• Ability to interact effectively with various personality types.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal and platform.
• Ability to multi task in a rapid-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with office automation programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of service diagnostics procedures.
• Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led technical training courses to Stellantis Dealership and Fleet Technicians.
• Prepare for and maintain the highest level of technical proficiency in all skill areas.
• Manage individual course registrations, roster processing, and development of a training center course schedule.
• Lead operational management of the assigned facility and serve as the Stellantis representative at the training center.
• Be the first point of contact for dealership personnel and contract staff; 24/7 for emergencies.
• Maintain training vehicles, tools, classrooms, hardware, and equipment; advise on training needs.
• Assist in training development and support students with self-study questions.
